- Closely monitoring developmental progress in infants and toddlers, is one of our most important jobs. We screen children at every wellness visit from two months of age onwards using the ASQ standardized testing tool.
We would send you emails/secure texts to fill those forms. Please fill those forms prior to your child’s well child appointments. Please let our staff know if you have any questions. -

MINOR PROCEDURES:
- Pulse oximeter testing and nebulizer/inhaler use
- Injections, antibiotics, and steroids
- Corneal abrasion diagnosis (eye scratches)
- Foreign body removal from the ears, nose

- Phlebotomy/blood draw, if necessary, on site

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday 08:30am-5:00pm and Friday and SATURDAY 08:30am-12:30pm.
Saturday Hours may change especially around holidays.
There are occasions where the office may close slightly before stated times. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic we may close early and have shortened hours. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our on call provider is always available and telehealth options too!
Do you accept Walk-ins or see patients by appointments only?
We strongly recommend appointments.However,for a sick child,may accept walk-ins for a limited period of time.First-come,First-serve basis!
Do you offer weekend hours?
We are offering SATURDAY HOURS 08:30 am till 12:30pm.Last appointment at 11:30am
Weekend hours are subject to change,especially around Holiday Season.We plan to post changes on our facebook page.
Are you accepting new patients?

Which immunizations do you offer?
We offer all ACIP(Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices)recommended immunizations.
We are also offering covid-19 vaccines as available on certain days by appointment only.
Do you have any laboratory services available on site?
At this time,we have Flu test, Hemoglobin,Rapid Strep. test, blood glucose test, urinalysis and pregnancy test ,RSV test available.We mostly use DLO for send-out labs.
We send out Covid-PCR test as well.
Do you have parking available on site?
Yes,we do.However,please note that parking on the front/south end of building needs some construction/changes.So,kindly use parking in the rear/North end of building.
Do you accept Sooner Care/Medicaid?
Yes,we do!
Do you accept patients with no insurance/Private Insurances?
Yes,we do.We accept most of major Private insurances.Please call for details.
